It helps make sure your new leash, collar, or cozy bed fits just right. Plus, checking before you order helps our small business keep prices fair and our refund policy extra generous. Win-win!

Our “No-Stress 30-Day Guarantee”

Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? Your pup just isn’t feeling it? No problem! You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange anything with the exception of custom made goodies. We’ll cover all the shipping costs, both ways (if you exchange for a different size/color yet same product.) Yep, you read that right!!

Send us a quick note at support@dogboneco.com. We’ll send you a prepaid return label — no forms, no fuss. Drop it in the mail. Done and done! Once your return trots back to us, we’ll process your full refund or send your exchange on its way.
